Risk Management and Patient Safety Plan Development through Quality-based Strategic Planning
This service provides a methodology for identifying goals and objectives based on the organization’s opportunities and needs. Conducted on site by a risk management expert, the problem-solving process is directed to determine linkages between the organization and its environment, people and culture. After the evaluation and plan have been conducted, our expert will help implement the plan as well as maintain, evaluate and continuously update the plan.
Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA)
This FMEA training is provided by a FMEA expert and enables facility staff to become leaders in the FMEA process, facilitates open communication and conducts a proactive patient safety plan for high-risk topics. Different levels of FMEA training are available based on your organization’s needs.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Risk management experts will assist you in analyzing sentinel events and high-risk near misses as well as utilize performance improvement tools to ensure identification of the root cause(s), data matrix, flowcharts, barrier analysis, root cause analysis framework, and risk reduction template with measurable indicators.
