Mentor Programs
Infection Control Program
 This program offers up to 12 modules and incorporates the critical elements of an infection control program through organizational assessment, infection control reading and learning scenarios, practical application, and on-site infection control consultation. Program length is dependent on the number of modules studied. During the program, an RM&PSI expert will be available to discuss the module materials, assessment findings and troubleshoot with the facility’s infection control professional on the daily challenges of the position. On-site visits are available based on the facility’s needs and are offered at an additional cost. The consultation times will include suggestions for development, structure and implementation of a proactive infection control program as outlined in each module.
Risk Management and Patient Safety Mentor Program
This program offers up to 12 modules and incorporates the critical elements of a risk management program through organizational assessment, risk management reading and learning scenarios, practical application, and on-site risk management consultation. Program length is dependent on the number of modules studied. During the program, an RM&PSI expert will be available to discuss the module materials, assessment findings, and troubleshoot with the facility’s risk manager on the daily challenges of the position. On-site visits are available based on the facility’s needs and are offered at an additional cost. The consultation times will include suggestions for development, structure and implementation of a proactive risk management program as outlined in each module.
