Distinguish between disagreement and conflict and the implications for patient safety.
Discuss the relationship between personal mindset about conflict and choice of conflict resolution strategies.
Apply the concepts of Interest Based Negotiation to brief intervention strategy.
Apply concepts to personal work situations.
