Risk Analysis of Claims

A risk management expert will review current facility claim allegations and defense issues to assist facilities in risk education measures and performance improvement. Support is given to help track improvement efforts, integrate risk issues into the quality improvement process, and use best practice information to reduce risk. A retrospective three to five year claims and risk reduction analysis is also performed. A comparative review and benchmarking report will be provided to assist in quantifying trends/losses.

TPA/Outsourced Claims Management Services

Tailored to meet your facility’s needs, The RM&PSI can provide a consultant to direct claims management programs with on-site supervision and leadership.
