Peer review is challenging in any environment, but particularly in small hospitals with a limited number of physicians and resources. In this program we will discuss a positive approach for conducting multi-dimensional, ongoing evaluations of practitioner performance. Suggestions for overcoming challenges specific to small hospitals will be presented.
